ALLWEILER NTT — Thermal-oil centrifugal pump — Product series
ALLWEILER NTT is a baseplate-mounted centrifugal pump family for circulating organic heat-transfer oil. Its thermal-barrier, bearing and shaft-seal arrangement is intended to keep serviceable components away from the highest liquid temperature.

Configuration and operating conditions
The source defines a thermal-oil pump family rather than one universal material and seal code. Confirm casing, impeller, shaft seal, bearing and connection execution from the selected designation.
Provide the oil grade, operating and start-up temperature, circulation flow, system head and suction pressure. Confirm the actual curve, seal arrangement and motor at the selected operating point.
Published family limits are independent maxima and do not describe one simultaneous operating point.
- Use the complete type designation and serial number to identify the shaft seal, bearings, impeller, shaft, casing wear components and gaskets.
- For a replacement, send the nameplate, existing duty point, connection dimensions and photographs of the installed baseplate and coupling arrangement.
- Use the complete nameplate designation, serial number and component item number to confirm the equipment revision and fit.
- Check the fluid, temperature, viscosity, required flow, pressure, suction conditions and connection standard for the actual application.
- Confirm all wetted materials, seals, diaphragms and other selected components against the operating conditions. A material name alone does not establish suitability.
