ALLWEILER TRILUB TRF — Three-screw pump — Product series
ALLWEILER TRILUB TRF is a self-priming three-screw pump family for clean lubricating liquids. The screw set produces a smooth, low-pulsation flow for higher-capacity lubrication, hydraulic and light fuel-oil transfer.

SELECTION AND SERVICE
Configuration and operating conditions
The pumped liquid must lubricate the screw set, contain no abrasive components and remain compatible with the selected pump and shaft-seal materials.
Provide viscosity at the minimum start-up and maximum operating temperature. State inlet pressure, required differential pressure, installation orientation and whether a relief valve is required.
The CIRCOR series table lists the maximum envelope. Its maximum flow, pressure, viscosity and temperature are not necessarily simultaneous.
- Match the power screw, idler screws, liner or casing, shaft seal, bearings, relief-valve parts and gaskets to the serial-number-specific drawing.
- Do not select service parts from TRF alone. Send the full nameplate and the required drawing positions.
- Use the complete nameplate designation, serial number and component item number to confirm the equipment revision and fit.
- Check the fluid, temperature, viscosity, required flow, pressure, suction conditions and connection standard for the actual application.
- Confirm all wetted materials, seals, diaphragms and other selected components against the operating conditions. A material name alone does not establish suitability.
- For replacement parts, include photographs of the old part, its assembly position and relevant dimensions.
