FTI DB11 — Magnetic-drive centrifugal pump — Model series
A sealless magnetic-drive centrifugal model for compatible chemical service. Select the hydraulic duty and complete material configuration together; a magnetic drive removes the conventional shaft-seal arrangement.

SELECTION AND SERVICE
Configuration and operating conditions
Polypropylene or PVDF construction; internal bearing and O-ring options must match the liquid.
Provide duty flow and head, suction level and liquid properties. Check the curve at the intended speed and verify any minimum-flow or priming requirement.
Published 2,900 rpm hydraulic range. Power values are based on specific gravity 1.0; impeller diameter and liquid properties determine the selected operating point.
- Service items include the impeller assembly, thrust ring, bushing, shaft, O-rings, barrier and drive magnet, according to the model drawing.
- Drawing callout positions are not orderable part codes. Send the serial number and actual material arrangement to identify replacement parts.
- Use the complete nameplate designation, serial number and component item number to confirm the equipment revision and fit.
- Check the fluid, temperature, viscosity, required flow, pressure, suction conditions and connection standard for the actual application.
- Confirm all wetted materials, seals, diaphragms and other selected components against the operating conditions. A material name alone does not establish suitability.
- For replacement parts, include photographs of the old part, its assembly position and relevant dimensions.
